The FirstCorte name, logo, project plans, visual guides, and illustrations are trademarks or trade dress of FirstCorte LLC and may not be used without express permission.
8. Changes
FirstCorte may modify these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check periodically for changes. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Termination
FirstCorte may terminate your access to all or part of the Website at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, provisions which by their nature should survive will remain in effect.

You may not assign this Agreement without written consent. FirstCorte may assign this Agreement freely. The Agreement is binding on both parties’ successors and assigns.
15. Results May Vary
Plans and visuals (including AI-enhanced images) are for illustrative purposes only. Actual results vary based on materials, tools, and skill. We do not guarantee project outcomes.
16. Use of AI and Rendered Images
FirstCorte may use digital renderings, AI-enhanced visuals, and illustrations to represent woodworking outcomes. These may differ from physical results depending on execution.
17. Advertising and Affiliate Disclosure
We may partner with third-party advertising platforms. Some links may generate commissions. These partnerships do not influence editorial content.
18. Platform Use and Good Faith
Users agree to interact with the FirstCorte platform respectfully and in good faith. Abuse of download access, false claims, or attempts to resell FirstCorte material may result in immediate termination of access.
